We use a variety of professional printing techniques for all our garments that guaranteed a stylish, unique and high quality t-shirts and accessories. All our vinyl’s, inks and T-shirts are certified by the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 which it means is totally eco friendly and non-hazardous to the environment, our t-shirts also are made following the Rights at Work Good Practice Code of the Fair Wear Foundation and the SAI, Social Accountability International(you can find more in http://www.sa-intl.org/).
We are very confident with the results of our products and we are sure you will be as happy as we are with our garments

HOW DO I PAY?

At the moment Alto Volta only accepts PayPal as payment; if you do not have an account with PayPal don’t worry you can use your credit/bank card, though I highly recommend you to get one if you usually shop at Internet.

As we want to keep our customers happy we ask you to contact us if you need more days as we require payment within 3 (three) working days from the day of your purchase.

IMPORTANT!!
Please make sure your Etsy address is up to date, as your hand made product will arrive following that information.

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET MY HANDMADE PURCHASE?

We send your purchase within 2 working days after the confirmation of your payment if not stated otherwise.

All our handmade items are sent by Register Mail under signature, if there is no one at home, they will leave you a note with a reference so you can pick it up in your nearest post office.
Register Mail can be a bit more expensive but is worth it as in Alto Volta we aim to have perfect professional transactions combined with the warmth of our hand made products, Balance!

You can expect to wait for your purchase to arrive (after confirmed payment and day of shipment) if you live in: (please contact us if you don’t see your country)
*Europe 5 to six working days.
*United States 10 to 15 working days
*Tokyo 10 to 15 working days

Due to security some countries , like the USA, may retain the package longer in customs, this could add a three more week for your purchase to arrive, (It’s not a common thing but could happen)
Customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes & fees.

All items are hand made with lots of love and care for your satisfaction, we try to describe and provide information about the product as materials, size, colors, care, price and shipping cost, and we prefer you contact us first if you have any doubt, query before you confirm your purchase.
We accept refunds or exchanges under very few circumstances, and all the shipping costs will be at the customer expenses.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and in the event you wish to return or exchange goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Garments can only be exchanged for an alternate size or color of the original style purchased. Should stock no longer be available to exchange for color or size, Store credit will be given.

The returned garment should be unworned, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.

Store credit is valid for a maximum of 6 months, and we will send you the shop credit via email with all details and info.

Sorry! But custom order can not be exchange or refund

We pack all our items carefully in the inside, though we use normal posting bubble envelopes or boxes to send them through the post as experience tells us the simpler the less tempting in transit, so don’t get disappointed when you see the post man with a brown lousy envelope. Saying that Alto Volta cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transport.

We really appreciate if you can contact us after you have received your goods to confirm that everything is as expected, and of course if the contrary.
